Customers all want to improve their printing in order to achieve vivid color.
This uses a high quality image and prints it onto a sublimatiuon transfer paper, heat is then applied by a heat press. Transfer printing is a great option coloured artwork and designs on white t-shirts but can sometimes be difficult with colours on a darker tone.but obviously our team works as hard as they can to give you the final product you really wish for! Transfer printing can also fade slightly over a longer period of time, which is why they are best used for garments with a short period of use.
This process causes the ink to dissipate through a heating process, in comparison to heat and vinyl transfers which use sublimation transfer paper. This means a finer quality is possible but the final feel is very different of a traditional tee, in part because it demands the use of synthetic clothing. Taking this into consideration, it means sublimation is perfect for accurate recreations of photographs onto any garment.
- DTG printing
Rather than transferring the artwork via paper a DTG (Direct To Garment) machine will print directly onto the garment, resulting in a fantastically high quality print and maximum detail. Top of the range machines allow full colour printing onto dark materials.
